Carrot-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Line 2 ungreased loaf pans with wax paper; pour batter into pans.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Wrap in aluminum foil.
    Store in refrigerator.
