Chinese Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    8 pork chops
Preparation
    Add soy sauce to the brown sugar until it makes a fairly thick paste (like glue).
    Add the garlic, then coat both sides of each chop with the marinade.
    Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
    Barbecue on grill (about 5 minutes a side or until done) or bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 8.
