Creole Omelette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bell pepper
1 onion
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
8 eggs
Preparation

Slice bell pepper and onion, then saute in oil just until tender.
Add soup, water and vinegar.
Cook over low heat about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile cook four 2-egg omelettes or scramble 8 eggs. Serve Creole sauce over eggs.
Makes 4 servings.
