Aunt Frances' Spinach With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook frozen spinach with onion.
    Beat eggs and mix with other ingredients, then mix with spinach and onion.
    Bake in casserole dish for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
