Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh cranberries
    1/4 c. fresh lime juice
    1 tsp. finely grated lime zest
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. fresh orange juice
    1 tsp. finely grated orange zest
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 10 minutes or until berries pop open.
    Skim foam from the surface for a clear result. Cool to room temperature.
    This relish will set as it cools. Serves 8.
