Hot Apple Cider Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. apple cider
    1/2 sugar
    1/2 salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs, separated
    3 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1/2 c. water
    2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur
    1 c. low-fat milk (room temperature)
Preparation
    Heat water, chocolate, corn syrup and liqueur in medium saucepan over low heat until chocolate is melted.
    Stir in milk. Immediately transfer to ice-cream maker and freezer according to manufacturer's directions.
    Makes 2 cups.
