Beef Stroganoff(Club Member: Laine Shoemake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin or round steak
1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
1 large onion, sliced thin
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 stick oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. noodles, cooked as directed
Preparation

Cut steak in thin strips; sprinkle meat tenderizer and let set for 10 minutes. Melt oleo in frying pan; cook steak strips until no longer pink. Remove from pan, leaving drippings. Put sliced onions in drippings; cook over low heat until soft. Spoon over steak. Mix flour and small amount flour; pour in pan with bouillon and mustard. Stir until thickens. Stir in sour cream. Do not boil after adding sour cream. Spoon over steak and onions. Serve over hot noodles.
