Country Chops(4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. apple butter
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar or vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
few drops hot pepper sauce
4 boneless pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
Preparation

Heat grill.
In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Blend well and set aside.
When ready to barbecue, place pork chops on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until pork is tender and no longer pink, turning once and brushing chops generously with sauce during last 5 minutes of grilling.
