Aunt Theresa'S Oatmeal Crispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form a long loaf and cut slice and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Can also be refrigerated and then sliced. Great with raisins or chocolate chips in.
