Turkey Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 large onion, peeled and chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    5 small, boiled potatoes, peeled and diced
    3/4 c. diced, cooked turkey, light and/or dark meat
    1/4-1/2 c. turkey gravy or use gravy mix
    season salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a skillet and saute the onion until slightly browned.
    Add the diced potatoes and green pepper. Season with a little seasoned salt and pepper.
    Mix in the diced turkey and cook slowly for about five minutes.
    Add the gravy and cook a few minutes longer.
