Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can shredded kraut
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 carrot, grated
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. pimentos, chopped
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Drain all ingredients and mix well.
    Place in refrigerator and let set for 2 days, stirring twice a day.
    It is cool and crunchy; great with ham or dried beans.
    Will keep in refrigerator for 1 or 2 weeks.
