Chocolate Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. fresh strawberries
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Rinse strawberries, but leave stems intact.
    Dry well on paper towels.
    Melt the chocolate bits in double boiler over hot, but not boiling water.
    Stir until smooth.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Dip berries in chocolate, one at a time, leaving an uncoated rim around the stem.
    Shake off excess chocolate.
    Place berries on wax paper.
    Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
