Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced celery
3 diced carrots
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. finely diced tomatoes
butter
paprika
8 c. water
1 small onion, chopped
2 to 3 diced potatoes
1 small parsley
flour
Preparation

Put water in large pot.
Add celery, carrots, onion and salt. Boil until vegetables are half done.
Add potatoes, tomatoes and parsley.
Continue boiling until vegetables are done.
In small pan, brown butter with flour; add paprika for color.
Add to soup and let it come to a boil.
