Lo-Fat And Calorie Slow-Cooker Sauerkraut And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar kraut, rinsed and drained
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 can chunk pineapple in own juice
    1 red apple, pared and sliced
    2 Tbsp. Golden or dark raisins
    brown sugar substitute to equal 2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
    2 lb. lean pork chops
Preparation
    Broil chops until rare.
    Combine first 7 ingredients together. Mix well.
    Alternate mixture and chops, starting with cabbage-kraut mixture,
    then a layer of chops; layer twice.
    Bake at high heat 3 to 4 hours; low heat 6 to 8 hours.
