Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon extract
grated rind of 1 lemon
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
juice of 1 large lemon
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix butter,
sugar, lemon extract and lemon rind.
Beat in eggs and
milk.
Add
dry
ingredients
and
nuts.\tBake in 10-inch
Dutch oven that is greased with butter for 70 minutes at medium
heat.
Remove from pan immediately.
Combine juice of lemon and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
Pour over loaf.
