Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. coconut
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in large bowl.
    Stir in egg whites and almond extract until well blended.
    Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown.
    Remove from baking sheet immediately.
