Salt Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. water
    1 pt. vinegar
    green grapes
    1 c. plain salt
    cucumbers, sliced lengthwise
Preparation
    Mix water, vinegar and salt; bring to a boil.
    Place 8 to 10 green grapes in the bottom of each quart jar.
    Put cucumbers in and pour water, vinegar and salt mixture over them.
    Seal.
    Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
