Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chuck, cut in strips
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    1 bell pepper
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 c. carrots, diced
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    1 c. corn
    1 c. butter beans
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    4 c. canned tomatoes
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Brown beef and add onions and bell pepper until limp, but not brown.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
