Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. tomato
1/2 c. each: green pepper, celery and cucumber
1/4 c. onion
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. chives
1 garlic clove, minced
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Finely chop all vegetables.
Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel or glass bowl.
Cover.
Chill at least 4 hours. Serve in chilled bowls.
Serves 6.
