Jello Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. mochiko (not box type)
    2 pkg. (3 oz.) jello (any flavor)
    2 cans soda (use same flavor as jello)
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add unchilled soda, eggs and butter. Mix well.
    Line pan with waxed paper and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool and cut.
    Yield: 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan.
