Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or oleo
2 c. plus 4 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream the butter and 2 cups of sugar until light and creamy.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Fold in vanilla and sour cream.
Add flour, salt and baking powder gradually.
