Roast New Potatoes With Garlic And Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 small new potatoes
    1/4 c. good olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp., dried and crumbled
    salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Scrub new potatoes well.
    If they're large, cut them into halves or quarters.
    Combine olive oil, garlic and rosemary and salt and pepper to taste in bowl.
    Add potatoes and toss until coated.
    Transfer potatoes to shallow baking dish.
    Roast, uncovered, until crisp on the outside and tender inside, about 20 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
