Puffy French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    slices of your favorite bread
    maple syrup
    butter
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients until smooth.
    Dip bread in mixture, turning to coat on each side, about 30 seconds per side.
    Fry in butter on each side until golden brown.
    Serve with maple syrup.
