Tomato Beef Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef sirloin, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of freshly ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    6 green onions, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    2 small tomatoes, cut in wedges
Preparation
    First, marinate the beef in basic gravy that glazes meat and vegetables.
    The mixture is cornstarch, oil and soy sauce. Combine cornstarch, 1 tablespoon oil, soy sauce and pepper in bowl.
    Add beef; toss and coat well.
    Let stand several hours in refrigerator.
    Drain and save marinade.
