Layered Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 sticks margarine
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 medium container Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 (6 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, margarine and nuts; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 10 minutes.
    Cool.
