Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg yolks
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can water
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil 1 cup of rice.
    Add evaporated milk, can of water, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
    Blend together.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar as needed (2 tablespoons sugar).
    Fold into Rice Pudding.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
