Sour Cream Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Drain half of the liquid off the salmon. Add all the ingredients together; mix well.
    Place in a loaf pan.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
