Baked Plantains In Orange Sauce(Uganda) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 very ripe Plantains or bananas
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. orange rind
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel and slice 3 very ripe bananas.
    Place in greased baking dish and dot with margarine.
    Pour orange juice over bananas. Sprinkle with orange rind and ground cinnamon.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes, basting occasionally.
    Serve warm with dab of whipped cream, ice cream or frozen yogurt (optional).
