Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. grated zucchini (do not peel, use cheese grater)
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 medium onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. dry parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mix all of above ingredients thoroughly.
Pour in pan and bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve hot.
Yields 9 large servings.
