Cornmeal Pancakes(No Eggs!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder and soda.
    Add buttermilk.
    Stir until blended.
    For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, greased skillet or griddle, spreading to a 4-inch circle.
    Cook until golden.
    Good served with applesauce or maple syrup.
