Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. raw grated carrots
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add oil, sugar and eggs; mix well.
Fold in carrots and raisins.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
Allow to cool before frosting.
