Hawaiian Haystacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 to 20 oz. Minute rice, prepared according to directions on the box
    3 chickens, cooked and shredded
    16 oz. fried chow mein noodles
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    2 (10 oz.) Angel Flake coconut
    20 oz. slivered almonds
    54 oz. crushed pineapple
    2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 1/2 gal. chicken broth gravy (thin)
Preparation
    This is great for a buffet!
    Each person assembles their own. Start with the rice, then chicken, layer all ingredients in order given.
    Top off with a spoonful of gravy.
