Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 center cut pork chops
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
Preparation

Trim excess fat from meat.
Flour and pepper meat.
Brown in oil, turning once.
While meat is browning, combine milk and soup in saucepan at low heat.
Drain meat on paper towels.
Put meat in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
Pour soup and milk mixture over meat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 250\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
