Oriental Red Snapper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. peeled, minced ginger root
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 tsp. dark sesame oil
    4 (4 oz.) red snapper fillets
Preparation
    Combine first nine ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Place fillets in a shallow dish.
    Spread green onion mixture evenly over fillets. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
