Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie crust (unbaked)
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. chicken broth
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
4 Egg Beaters
1 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. ham, cubed
1/3 lb. cooked, crumbled bacon (optional)
Preparation

Over medium heat, cook onions and garlic in chicken broth until golden.
Add spinach and spoon into bottom of pie crust; set aside.
In a bowl, combine Egg Beaters, milk, flour, basil, dill and cheese.
Pour over spinach mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
