Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium white potatoes, boiled in jackets
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small jar pimento
    2 to 3 slices day old bread, cubed
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    sprinkle of paprika
Preparation
    Peel and cube cooked potatoes.
    Place in large casserole dish. Sprinkle cubes of cheese over potatoes, then onions, pimento, parsley, paprika and garlic salt.
    Arrange cubes of bread over top.
    Pour melted butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
