Christmas Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Stir in brown sugar and vanilla. Add pecans, coating well.
    Using two forks, place pecans on cookie sheet, making sure they do not touch.
    Bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Cool and store covered in a tin in the refrigerator.
