Sweet And Sour Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat
1/4 c. flour
1 small onion
1/4 c. oil
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
3 c. carrots
1 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Coat stew meat with flour.
Brown diced onion and meat in oil. Add all ingredients except carrots and mushrooms.
Simmer and cover for 45 minutes.
Add carrots and mushrooms.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes more.
Serve hot with rolls.
