Broccoli Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. chicken, cooked and boned
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
    1/2 c. real mayonnaise (do not substitute)
    1 c. French fried onion rings
    1 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
Preparation
    Spread broccoli in well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place chicken on broccoli; cover with 1/8-inch slices of cheese.
    Mix soup and mayonnaise and spread evenly over cheese.
    Sprinkle with water chestnuts.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven; cover with onion rings.
    Bake ten more minutes or until onions are crisp.
