Italian Creme Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation

Cream sugar and oleo until smooth.
Add egg yolks and oil. Combine flour, soda and salt, then add buttermilk, vanilla, nuts and coconut with flour mixture.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour in greased floured pans.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
