Frosted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. pecan halves
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Toast pecans in a moderate oven about 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes. Mix all other ingredients in a saucepan. Cover. Bring to a boil. Boil until you reach soft-ball stage. Remove from heat. Add nuts. Stir to coat the nuts. Turn out onto waxed paper and separate nuts. Allow to cool. Put in airtight containers.
