Mashed Potatoes With Roasted Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. sage
    2 Tbsp. roasted garlic puree
Preparation
    Place potatoes in large saucepan and cover with water.
    Boil until tender.
    Drain well.
    Mash potatoes with remaining ingredients.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add more milk if needed to moisten.
    Yields 4 servings.
