Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head green cabbage
    1 breen pepper diced
    1 onion chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 cup boiling water
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1 cup salad oil
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, pepper, onion, and salt. Pour hot watter over cabbage and let stand 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients and chill over night. Will keep for days.
