Julia'S Instant Potato Lefse - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
6 Tbsp. butter
3 c. instant potatoes
2 scant Tbsp. salt
2 scant c. flour
Preparation
-
Scald milk, cream and butter.
Pour over potatoes and salt, then cool real good.
Add flour.
Makes 20 lefse.
