Meat Loaf Italiano - cooking recipe

1/2 c. condensed Italian tomato soup (from 11 oz. can)
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 beaten egg
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Firmly shape meat mixture in 2-quart oblong baking dish, into 8 x 4-inch loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is no longer pink (160\u00b0). Drain off fat, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. Combine remainder of can of soup, 1/4 cup water and reserved drippings in small pan; heat. Serve over meat loaf. Makes 6 servings.
