Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts or 1/2 c. cashews
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. minced onions
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Cheddar
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Toss all except potato chips. Top with potato chips. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
