Pasta Salad (2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked rotini pasta
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Accent seasoning
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix well and chill.
    Then add 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 red onion, 1 tomato, 1 head of broccoli, 8 oz. Cheddar cheese. Chop vegetables and add to pasta mixture.
