Birds Nest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. applesauce
2 c. banana, smashed
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in center and pour remaining ingredients into well. Combine. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake is done.
