Overnight Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1/2 lb. cubed ham
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    16 eggs
Preparation
    Saute bacon. Break into pieces and return to pan. Remove half of the bacon fat.
    To the remaining fat, add the cubed ham and 1/4 cup butter.
    Sprinkle flour and mix well.
    Gradually add the milk and cook. Season with salt and pepper (1/8 teaspoon).
    Set aside. Beat eggs into evaporated milk.
    Add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a large skillet. Add egg mixture and scramble until firm.
