Airport Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/4 lb. hamburg
 
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. old fashioned uncooked rice
Preparation
- 
                            Brown the hamburg, onion and pepper in the margarine.
 
Then add the soups and rice and mix together.
Turn into an ungreased casserole.
It doesn't need a topping and do not use a cover.
You can bake it for 3 or 4 hours at 250\u00b0 or 275\u00b0 or about 3 hours at 300\u00b0.
You can also substitute a can of undiluted celery soup for one of the soups mentioned.
